MEET THE FOUNDER & CEO

Ned Flemister Jr

This wasn’t built on theory—it was built on experience.

From Georgia State University to Alvin Community College to Greensboro College, and through elite programs like East Cobb Baseball, ATL Metro Braves, Perfect Game, and Top Tier Baseball, the foundation was developed in environments where performance is the standard—not the goal.

Now serving as Head Coach of the 14U Ninth Inning Royals,
Coach Ned leads with a player-first approach rooted in:

Development

Discipline

Execution

This is more than coaching.

It’s about serving others being a standard, a mentor, and a voice athletes trust when it matters most.

ABOUT US

  • ABOUT BALL OUT BOYS

At Ball Out Boys, our mission is simple:
develop athletes who are built to perform at the highest level.

    This is not for everyone.
This is for athletes who understand that average isn’t enough—who want precision, confidence, and real results.

We work with players who are serious about their growth and committed to operating at a higher standard.

    We don’t offer casual training.
    Every session is intentional.
    Every detail matters.
Every athlete is challenged to elevate.

This isn’t just training—this is development that translates.

  • OUR APPROACH

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training.
Every athlete is different—so every plan is intentional.

    Personalized Development

Every athlete is evaluated to identify limitations, unlock strengths, and build a clear path forward.

    Game-Ready Training

We don’t train for drills—we train for real game situations, so performance shows up when it counts.

    Mind + Body Alignment

Confidence, discipline, and resilience are not optional.
They are trained, reinforced, and expected—just like mechanics.

  • THE STANDARD

At Ball Out Boys, growth is not optional—it’s expected.

    We train with purpose.
We trust the process, knowing provision is already in place.
And when pressure shows up... ↓

We don’t fold. We execute.

The best players execute when opportunity meets preparation. Therefore, "Ball Out" at all times you never know who's watching.
