I’ve been working with this program for two years now, since my Junior Year of HS. The development translated directly onto the field. I earned the opportunity to start 6 games as a freshman after having a unreal Fall Season. The work is real, and it shows when it matters.

It only took a few lessons for me to make huge mechanical improvements in my swing that I’ve been chasing for a long time. Ned really has a talent for technique and taking apart the swing. He explains movements in a way that is easy to understand, with drills that directly implement those movements.
